Refunds for airline tickets and hotel stays depend on the rules of the respective airline and hotel. We’ll help you with your refund request, but remember, we have to follow their policies.
– Refunds for airline tickets might take up to 12 weeks to process.
– Some airline tickets might be non-refundable or have a cancellation fee.
– If an airline cancels your flight, you could get a full refund or rebooking options based on their policy.
– Hotel booking refunds follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
– Refunds might not be available for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
– If the hotel can’t provide the booked room, you might get a refund or an alternative arrangement.
We’ll do our best to speed up your refund process, but we can’t guarantee the time frame or the amount, as these are decided by the airline and hotel policies.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance for their trip. Here’s what you need to know:
Once the customer’s visa application has been submitted and paid for, changes to the agreed travel package may not be allowed. In the event that the customer insists on cancellation or changes thereafter, the customer understands that such cancellation or change may result in loss of the entire deposit made and no refund will apply.
Where the requested changes apply to a group package, the customer may lose the group package privileges such as reduced rates for hotel, air fares, etc., and will be required to pay more before traveling with the new itinerary. For clarity, no refunds of the deposit shall be allowed at this stage and deposits paid will be forfeited except to the extent of any refund that the supplier may allow. Customers are therefore advised to make their changes before their visa is submitted on their behalf.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or entry into your destination country. Motai Voyage is not responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance.
Motai Voyage shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, and any other unforeseen event beyond the control of the Company.
In the event of any of the above occurrences, the Company shall be entitled to cancel any booking or contract made with the customer and shall refund any deposits or payments made, less any reasonable expenses incurred by the Company.
Motai Voyage reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other forms of communication. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
By continuing to use our services after any modifications, the customer agrees to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. If the customer does not agree to the modified terms, they must discontinue use of our services immediately.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed to be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or the breach thereof, the parties shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this end, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.
If there’s a disagreement, both parties will try to resolve it through good faith negotiations. If they can’t resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by arbitration under [Arbitration Organization] rules. The arbitration shall be held in Lagos, Nigeria, and conducted in the English language. It will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria and the rules made pursuant thereto. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and they agree to be bound by it.
By paying the initial deposit for this package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions which will be binding on both parties.
